It was also the first comet to be studied in detail by spacecraft. The comet’s orbit was calculated in 1705 by Edmond Halley, an English astronomer, mathematician, geophysicist, and meteorologist.

The dial, crafted from natural Blue Aventurine — also known as Blue Sandstone — captures the essence of a starry night sky.
Aventurine is a variety of quartz distinguished by mineral inclusions, most notably chrome-bearing fuchsite, which gives the stone its characteristic blue shimmer.
Accented with multi-colored luminous markers, the dial glows vividly in the dark, evoking the radiant trail of the comet itself.
